I told Tim, at Legend Restorations, that
as soon as he updated his web page I
wanted to be added to his list of satisfied customers. I met Tim
about four
or five years ago. I had seen a pickup he had done at a local car
show and
thought it was an excellent restoration.
Our initial business was for Tim
to get my collection ready to sell. He did all the needed work to
get them in top condition to sell--mechanical, body work, etc. Tim
listed and sold all 12 of them for me all over the US & Australia.
Tim has done numerous restorations for
me, from touch ups to frame offs. I
had bought my Model A pickup when I was a freshmen in high school in
1966.
Tim met with me and we went over everything on the Model A. He
quoted parts, labor and timing and completed the restoration with
quality and no surprises. He also provided me with a complete file
which included pictures
thru out the process, parts ordered, etc. My 1930 yellow/black Model
A
pickup came out beautiful, it looks better than Henry's!
He also did the restoration on a rare
high value 1970 GSX Frame off, one of only 623 made. It was of
the highest quality and original.
I have been very pleased with all
of Tim's work and would recommend him for
anyone looking for a High Quality, Honest Restoration Shop.
